The SG-quick release with Vectran loop ends is designed for the photographer carrying medium-weight cameras and lenses who wants to quickly remove the strap and camera strap attachment ends from the camera.

The camera-side quick-release attachment features abrasion resistant 200-pound test Vectran cord sewn to a 100-pound test military quick-release.  This provides a conservative hold strength of 80 pounds.

The 1 3/8" x 7" SG shoulder pad comfortably supports loads from 1- to 4-pounds.  Upper comfort limit of 4 pounds are user dependent and subjective.  The end to end length is 34" - 72. We strive to provide realistic statements.

The Vectran loop attachments will work on either a slot/bracket system or a split-ring system. Kevlar or nylon web is recommended for the Canon slot attachment system if you're using a lens larger than 70-200 2.8.
