We contract with vendors to assist us in processing your order including your credit card information in a much more secure manner than we could. In short, in the normal course of business we will never receive your credit card number since we vastly prefer that you to use the secure encrypted server website transaction process. For starters. . .NEVER . . .send your credit card information via email it is not secure. Only use the secure ordering page. It will say HTTPS: in the beginning of the navigation bar. Our shipping and credit card authorization vendors are required to maintain the security and confidentiality of your information via a secure website and are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than approval of your transaction and the shipping of your product.
Shipment Information
Information, including personal information (name, address and phone number) provided as part of a shipping transaction represents a record of that business transaction and should not need to be altered after the transaction is complete, unless it is in error and although we make reasonable efforts to limit access to our facilities and vehicles to authorized personnel, we are not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information that is printed and placed in plain view on a package or letter.
