Shipping


We use USPS to keep shipping costs down. USPS delivery is good 95% of the time. However the USPS does drop the ball.
USPS 3 Day shipping is not guaranteed. It is also delivery confirmation.While there is a tracking number, the number is scanned at delivery not at orgin.
You will get an email that the USPS is waitng for the package. This means the label is printed and the package is shipped. Orders are shipped the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges


We accept returns and or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The best way to ship is via the USPS. A signature is NOT required.
Upon receipt we will credit you back the price of your order less shipping. No RMA number is required.

If you want to exchange for a different model - order the one you DO want. At checkout ask Tailor for a prepaid return envelope. Use the free field of how you found us or what kid of camera do you have.
